These terms apply to purchases and use of www.keys2your20s.com, operated by Royality LLC. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout. We may cancel an order for suspected fraud or a pricing error, and will refund in full if we do.
eBook license
When you buy the eBook you receive a personal, non-transferable license to read it on your own devices. You may not share, resell, post, or redistribute the file. Download links expire 7 days after purchase and allow a limited number of downloads; email us if you need a new link.
Shipping
Paperback and hardcover orders ship within the US only, typically within 5 to 7 business days of the order. Shipping is charged at a flat rate shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier; contact us if a package is lost or damaged and we will make it right.
Refunds and returns
- eBook: 30-day money-back guarantee. Email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Paperback and hardcover: return within 30 days of delivery in unopened, resalable condition for a refund of the book price. Return shipping is your responsibility unless we sent the wrong or a damaged item.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
